This year’s line-up is jam-packed with local talent and some smashing big name featured headliners. Thursday, May 17th is officially “Opening Night’, and will kick off the four day celebration beginning at three pm with the carnival opening and the crowning of “Miss Orangevale Chamber of Commerce”. Thursday’s entertainment is themed “Blues and Jazz Night”. Thursday’s featured headliner is Mick Martin and the Blues Rockers. Friday the 18th features area youth bands, including Abbey Sky, Riff Raff and Renegade, and much more! Saturday the 19th is the BIG EVENT kicking off with the parade beginning at 9 am, and the opening of the FREE Kids Fun Zone at noon. This year the FREE Kids Fun Zone will be open from noon to 5 pm BOTH Saturday and Sunday and will have games, tons of activities and will feature Orangevale’s most talented kids on their very own stage. Saturday night is “A Country Theme”, featuring groups Bad Iron, Dallas Horse Thieves, and big headliner, recording artist and song writer, Brodie Stewart Band. Sunday is “Family Day”, featuring God’s Country Band and more. Plan to join us!

The Pow Wow Days activities are held locally at The Orangevale Community Park, 7145 Filbert Avenue just south of Oak Avenue behind Green Oaks Elementary School. Admission to the event is FREE! Save $5.00! Unlimited ride wrist bands are available for advance purchase at the Chamber office at 9267 Greenback Lane, Suite B-91, Orangevale, SaveMart at the corner of Hazel and Greenback, or your local area schools. Advance purchased wristbands are $20.00 ($25.00 at the carnival)
